1:1 PT sessions

If you’re looking to start exercising but find gyms or classes intimidating, then a 1:1 session could be the right thing for you. I can meet you wherever you feel comfortable: at home, in a park or if you’d like, in the gym. I want my clients to feel at ease and so I offer a bespoke exercise programme for you, based on your goals and what you would like to achieve. There are no previous exercise requirements; I will work with you whether you have never done any exercise before or you’re a lifelong fitness enthusiast.


Small group sessions

The personal touch of a PT session but working out with your friends. Get a group of you together (up to five people) and sign up to a six or eight week programme, designed just for you. Exercising with friends is great for our mental wellbeing and can make it a lot more fun, too!


Classes

At Cape Wellness I strive to be welcoming to everyone. My friendly classes are designed to make you feel included and go away with a sense of achievement and the desire to come back again.

As well as my weekly circuits class, I am currently looking into beginning some classes in parks. The benefits that exercising outdoors has on our mental health are massive, so I really want to make the most of the lovely outdoor space we have available in our local area.
