1:1 PT sessions

If you’re looking to start exercising but find gyms or classes intimidating, then a 1:1 session could be the right thing for you. Most clients opt to work out in my private PT studio but I can also meet you in a park or at your own home. I want my clients to feel at ease and so I offer a bespoke exercise programme for you, based on your goals and what you would like to achieve. There are no previous exercise requirements; I will work with you whether you have never done any exercise before or you’re a lifelong fitness enthusiast.


Small group sessions

The personal touch of a PT session but working out with your friends. Get a group of you together (up to three people) and sign up to a six or eight week programme, designed just for you. Exercising with friends is great for our mental wellbeing and can make it a lot more fun, too!


PT Studio

I am thrilled to be able to offer my brand new Personal Training studio. So many of my clients have felt nervous entering big gyms and some just don’t enjoy the atmosphere. When you exercise with Cape Wellness, you will have exclusive use of the studio during your session, meaning there will be no queuing for equipment or feeling self-conscious in front of other gym users.
